Two new open-ear true wireless models are launched today from the open-ear bone conduction specialist
We’ve not had our pair long (so a full test will be soon!) but our initial impressions of the Shokz OpenFit 2 series is that the brand has taken another step ahead of the competition.
Shokz OpenFit 2 is available in beige and black colourways and will be priced at £169, while the Shokz OpenFit 2+ will be available in grey and black and will retail at £179 (click here).
Crafted with ultra-lightweight, high-strength material with a soft silicone finish, the OpenFit 2 Series is suitable for all-day wear and its upgraded earhook made with flexible nickel-titanium alloy moulds to the contours of your ears for a secure fit.

Weighing in at featherlight 9.4g, each earbud is designed to make the user forget they are even wearing it.
But, as our first listenings confirm, it’s where the sound quality of the OpenFit 2 Series really comes into its own.
Powered by Shokz’s industry-first DualBoost™ Technology, it features two individual speakers in each earbud – an extra-large low-frequency driver for deep, resonant bass, and an independent high-frequency driver for crisp mids and highs.
By separating and processing sounds in different frequency bands, it produces more refined music details.
The flagship model, the Shokz OpenFit 2+ features Dolby Audio which means that it surrounds you with lifelike audio.
The OpenFit 2+ also boasts wireless charging; by simply placing the charging case at the centre of a compatible wireless charger you are all set to go.
We’ll be reviewing the OpenFit 2 Series in more depth soon. But, if you want to be an early adopter, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed!
