The testing process involved wearing the top through a range of varied workouts, from longer runs and gym classes to lifting sessions at the gym, to see how the top performed.

The tee is made from a durable, lightweight fabric that’s a blend of polyester and elastane. It has a series of panels, strategically placed for an ergonomic fit. I found the fabric to be soft and stretchy and it’s looser fitting for a more forgiving, flattering look.
However, there are a lot of seams in the panelled design and even though they’re all flat-lock, they’re raised and I did notice them during workouts. So, you can expect a fussier feel than you’ll find on simpler, seamless training tops. That’s particularly true around the forearms, in my experience.
On the plus side, there’s an aerated mesh back panel which works well to improve air flow and help shift heat from around the shoulder blades. There’s also some small reflective laser-cut eyelets in the front, on panels close to the armpits, again to improve cooling and breathability. Though I found any improvement to be minimal, as they’re tiny.
